Just wanted to let you know I am following this, great help so far. Within a month I have to build up as much knowledge as I can about sql server 2000 and 2005 because I have to administer several existing db&#039;s in my company with no other dba&#039;s to go for help.

This is a great help for me and I really hope you continue to do this! 

If you have any thoughts on how to speed up my process please let me know!

		<description>Yes, the videos are hosted on Youtube at the moment so your organization may be blocking YouTube at the firewall. My apologies, I&#039;ll figure out another hosting method soon. YouTube just happened to be fastest/easiest way to get vids hosted.</description>
